Foundations to Conscious Feeling
4 Feelings Training
Grow up around people who flinch from anger, brush past sadness, and laugh off fear.
You learn the lesson fast.
Don't feel this out loud.

Practice that lesson long enough and here's what it builds:
- You feel things without ever being conscious of feeling them. The feeling runs you instead of the other way around.
- Your relationships stall at a certain depth and won't go deeper.
- You look outside yourself for something that can only come from inside.
- Loneliness, boredom, isolation, and you can't quite say why.
- Patterns that repeat. Addictions, self-sabotage, the same fight on a loop.
- Whole years you can barely remember.
What else is possible?
A space where rawness and feeling get held with clarity instead of judgment.
That's what Basic Inner Navigation Skills (BINS) practice is for.
Learning to feel on purpose, so you can use what you feel to build something instead of getting run by it.
I didn't invent these terms and processes.
I learned them inside Possibility Management. I've practiced them for four years and I'm still finding the edges of what they can do.
What I can give you is what changed for me, and a held space to find out what it does for you.
The 4 Feelings Training is the container I built to teach BINS properly.
Four weeks. One feeling from the map each week. Anger, Sadness, Fear, Joy.
Not four lectures. Four weeks of actually practicing with each one until it's in your body, not just your head.
BINS is about:
- •Getting your compass of reality back
- •Getting centered, grounded, and bubbled
- •Learning to consciously feel Anger, Sadness, Fear, and Joy
- •Communicating from feeling. "I feel angry because…"
- •Telling the difference between a feeling and an emotion
- •Connecting with your five bodies: physical, intellectual, emotional, energetic, archetypal
- •Turning pain into fuel for healing and purpose
Feelings vs. emotions
Feelings are for handling what's happening right now.
They last a few minutes. You use them to decide, connect, or set a boundary.
Emotions are feelings from the past that never got expressed.
They get stored in the body and can last a lifetime.
Skip that distinction and you handle today with material from years ago.
That's how you stay stuck repeating a pattern you can't name.
From there: Emotional Healing Processes
Once BINS is in place, Emotional Healing Processes (EHPs) go a layer deeper.
Taking the emotions you've been carrying and finishing what didn't get to finish the first time.
After a lifetime of stuffing feelings down, you're carrying old decisions and mechanisms built to cover up what you're actually feeling.
EHP work peels those off, one layer at a time.
EHPs run 30 minutes to two hours. Usually one-on-one with a spaceholder, sometimes two.
They only work once the basics are in place.
Without them, feelings usually aren't felt consciously enough to change anything.
Training with me
Four weeks, held by someone who's held this space hundreds of times.
Week one is Anger. Then Sadness, Fear, Joy.
Each week you get the foundations for that feeling. What it actually is, how to find it in your body, how to communicate from it without it running you.
After the four weeks, two paths.
Take what you built and keep practicing on your own, or with the free Telegram group below.
Or, if you want to go deeper with me, we build the next container together.
4 weekly sessions, 60 to 90 minutes each, online or in person, one-on-one or in a group. $300 CAD flat for the full training.

I typically respond within 24 hours.
Practicing without me
There's a Telegram group of volunteer edgeworkers. Beginners and experienced spaceholders, practicing BINS together at no cost.
Ask for space to be held for you, or hold space for someone else.
