Basic Inner Navigation Skill Practice, or
Emotional Healing Process
One-off session, 30 min–2 hours, online or in person. Sliding scale $80–100 USD.
Nobody taught you how to feel on purpose.
Most of us learned the opposite. Hide it, repress it, project it onto someone else, disown it and call it theirs.
So you feel things constantly and stay unconscious of most of them.
The feeling runs you instead of the other way around.
This is a space to practice the basics.
Getting your compass of reality back.
Feeling Angry, Sad, Scared, and Joy consciously instead of getting run by them.
And if you've got old emotions stuck from years back, taking them somewhere and finishing what didn't get to finish the first time.

Here's a distinction most people never got taught.
A feeling is for handling what's happening right now.
It lasts a few minutes. You use it to decide, connect, set a boundary.
An emotion is a feeling from the past that never got expressed.
It gets stored in the body and can last a lifetime.
Without that distinction, you handle today with material from years ago.
That's how a pattern keeps repeating and you can't say why.
What this space is
I didn't invent these terms and processes.
I learned BINS inside Possibility Management.
I've made it mine after years of actually practicing it, still finding the edges of what it can do.
What I can offer is what changed for me, and a held space for you to find out what it does for you.
One session, two ways it can go.
If you're new to this, we practice BINS. Getting centered, grounded, bubbled, and finding one of the four feelings in your body instead of just your head.
If you've got something specific stuck, we go straight to an Emotional Healing Process, peeling off a layer at a time toward whatever's underneath.
$80–100 USD, sliding scale.
I'm not here to fix you or hand you a diagnosis.
I'm here to hold the space while you find what's actually true for you.
What we'll explore
- •Compass of reality. Finding what's actually true for you underneath the story
- •Centered, grounded, bubbled. The basic state a feeling can move through cleanly
- •Anger, Sadness, Fear, Joy. Finding one of the four feelings in your body, not just naming it
- •Communicating from feeling. "I feel angry because…" instead of acting it out sideways
- •Old, stored emotion. If it's there, taking it somewhere and finishing what didn't get to finish
- •Pain into fuel. What's left once the layer moves, and what it's actually for
What people have found here
"I had an Emotional Healing Process held by Jorge this week and it was filled with gold!! Thank you for holding such a safe, explorative, sensitive, clear space! It started with my fear of going first/standing out/using my voice. It went on a whole long journey through my family, friends, my sister and her friends, lots of places. The session finished with possibilities of how to build the muscle of courage."— G. Morgan
"Jorge Pedret is charting new waters in terms of helping people to get in touch with their authentic nature and exploring parts of ourselves which are suppressed and numbed out. I recently was in a session where he brought attention to a huge block within me that is stopping me from bringing my lifework into the world. I strongly recommend this exploration for anyone who wants to level up and actualize their true potential."— E. Ignatieff
This is for you if
- You feel things constantly and rarely know what to call them
- You keep hitting the same pattern, the same fight, the same wall, and can't say why
- You're carrying something old that never got to finish
- You want a way to consciously feel Anger, Sadness, Fear, or Joy instead of getting run by it
- You want your own research, not a diagnosis or a fix
This isn't for you if
- You want to be told what's wrong with you and how to fix it. That's not what this is
- You're not willing to feel something live, in the room, rather than talk about it from a distance
- You're in acute crisis and need clinical support right now. This isn't a substitute for that
A note from Jorge
I wish I'd learned this sooner.
I spent years using my feelings and emotions to inflict pain, manipulate, disconnect, blame, and resent.
I didn't know that's what I was doing.
Most of the pain I caused myself and other people came out of that gap.
I didn't invent these terms and processes.
I found them inside Possibility Management. Years of practicing made them mine, and I'm still finding their edges.
What's mine is the offer. I hold the space, you get to find out what's actually underneath what you're carrying.
If you want to step further into adulthood, into holding yourself and other people with real respect, you have to go into your feelings. Not around them.
There's no rush and no deadline on that.
But if it's calling you, don't wait on it too long.
Jorge
Practicing without me
There's a Telegram group of volunteer edgeworkers. Beginners and experienced spaceholders, practicing BINS together at no cost.
