A place to celebrate the people who matter

    Celebrator

Celebrator is a product I'm building.

Celebration pages made of moments, photos, videos and messages.

This is the story of its first public face.

    What I did
    Product, design, full-stack build, hosting

    What mattered

    • •A message about people, not about business.
    • •A quiet, dark page that lets the product speak.
    • •A waitlist that feels personal. "We'll reach out personally."
    • •Real clients using it early, so we learn from them.

    What it is

Celebrator helps you create, capture and celebrate the moments that matter, with the people who matter most.

Anyone can contribute photos and videos to a moment. The page tells the story.

Each client gets their own address, like seemyclients.celebrator.app.

    The landing page

Dark and quiet. A tiny birthday cake, floating cubes, a waitlist button.

A partner at See My Clients sent notes after using it.

He wanted the hero line to be about "the people that really matter most in your life".

He wanted the business and sales language out.

Out went the placeholder testimonials too.

I kept the line about shifting your business model, and the SEO description.

    Behind the page

A celebration page builder, with galleries organized by moment.

An admin to manage assets. Tags today, and I'm adding ways to sort by contributor and by the date a photo was taken.

Thumbnail repair, user roles, the small things real use asks for.

The See My Clients website pulls featured celebration pages from Celebrator.

    How we work

Issues in GitHub. Short sprints. Notes from the people using it.

While nobody depends on it yet, we merge straight to main and test live.

Celebrator's first big test was Manuel's run. The photos and videos for the documentary are collected there.

    Celebrator waitlist form
Three steps from waitlist to your own celebration space.

    What we delivered

    • •The public landing page with a waitlist
    • •Per-client subdomains and a celebration page builder
    • •Moments with contributions from many people
    • •An admin asset manager, with tagging
    • •Email through Resend

    Tell me what you're building.

We'll talk it through, and I'll tell you honestly if I'm the right person for it.
