The club
Rainforest Family Athletics runs weekly movement sessions at Sooke Community Hall.
Toddlers taking their first tumble. Kids discovering their strength. Parents joining in.
Fun, inclusive and judgment-free.
Programs by age
Fitness Explorers, ages 10 to 14.
Fitness Discoverers, ages 6 to 10.
Tumble Monkeys, walking to 5 years.
Drop-in Playtime, all ages.
A parent should know where their kid fits before they scroll twice.
A schedule that updates itself
I didn't build an admin panel.
The site reads a Google Calendar instead.
They add an event in a tool they already use, and it shows up on the website.
Color tells the site if a session is recurring, special or cancelled.
A small serverless function does the reading and remembers the answer for an hour.
Hello from parents
Contact, newsletter and program sign-up forms go to Netlify Forms and then to their email.
Parent testimonials sit near the bottom, where a parent is deciding.
The footer carries an acknowledgement of the T'Sou-ke and Sc'ianew Nations.
